CULT ART: MARVEL/BOND Girls Mash-Up

It seems like 2012 has been a good year for both Bond fans (with the release of the excellent Skyfall) and Marvel fans, with The Avengers being the box office smash that it was. At times like these there really is only one option, to mash the 2 together. And that’s exactly what artist Bill Walko has done. Taking some of the best known Marvel Heroines, he’s re-imagined them as Bond girls.

I have to say, not only was this a pretty great plan but I love how it seems that the Bond titles were almost tailor made for the Marvel gang (my personal favorite Marvel/bond girls are Emma Frost in “Diamonds are forever” and Black Widow in “From Russia with Love”).
