Ever Wondered What a Silent Movie Trailer To THE AVENGERS Would Look Like…No….Well, Here It Is Anyway. And It’s Brilliant!

With The Artist rightfully picking up so many Oscars last night, it seems that one fan is trying to do what Hollywood does best. Cash in on the success of something else to make your product look better. Whilst we’re apparently getting a new Avenger’s trailer on Wed, it’s gonna havta be pretty damn spectacular to beat this.

RC Original has taken footage from the previous Avengers’ trailers and edited it together in black and white, added some tinkling piano music in the background and, most importantly, filled the silent movie speech boxes with some genuinely funny dialogue (It’s hard to pick the best parts as it’s all comedy gold but my favourites might just be Strong Man of Iron’s chat to The Hulk and Black Widow getting put in her place)

Pure Class!

The Avengers, directed by Joss Whedon, stars Chris Hemsworth, Chris Evans, Robert Downey Jr., Jeremy Renner, Scarlett Johansson, Mark Ruffalo, Samuel L. Jackson and Tom Hiddleston and will be released 27th April 2012.
