As a child of the 80′s I suffer from disproportionate love of John Hughes teen films from that decade and have the sort of deep terrible nostalgia for the period that haunts me in my dreams and makes me hate waking up in the 2010′s.
So when someone goes and does a mash-up of The Avengers and Hughes cult classic movie The Breakfast Club, combining two of the greatest cult films ever….well, I got emotional.
The whole things out of sync and it’s a bit of a sloppy voice over, but nothing beats ‘nerd nostalgia’ and Loki as Judd Nelson’s teen rebel John Bender.
